Scrapbooking Oh My!

I’ve been a very bad blogger. I just uploaded my pictures onto the computer because my card was full and I can’t believe how many pictures I had that I wanted to share. Guess I should check my camera more often. LOL Pasta Night Holly loves Pasta (what Italian child doesn’t, right?) but she prefers it with butter. No problem…It’s easier that way in case I don’t have any sauce on hand and the clean up is SO much better…Butter in the hair as opposed to sauce all over her. Holly LOVES the pool this year. Last year she never got in it, but this year she’d be in there everyday if she could. Her and Steve were swimming the other day and I got a video of them. She was playing pretend and daddy was a monster. She’s so cute. Enjoy!

Holly and Allison are eager to grow up and drive. Grandpa let them test drive his Mustang the other day. He said they can use it anytime because they are good drivers. Geez he didn’t let me drive until I was 17 and they are only 1 and 3. Guess who likes his granddaughters better than his own daughter. Just kidding. When we arrived at my parents house this past week, Grandpa was cleaning his Mustang for their trip this weekend so the girls jumped in to check it out. They had never seen a convertible before and were pretty interested. I snapped a few pictures of them.

So much fun playing in the water. Holly had a blast, once again, playing in her pool. She LOVES to splash and toss the water out off the pool. She hasn’t emptied it yet, but I have a feeling she’s working towards it some days. She really does know how to have fun and I love to watch her.  

When you are having fun and I really am with the girls. Holly is just getting so big and becoming more and more of big girl each day and the toddler is slowly fading away. She is pretty much potty trained, she only wears a pull up when we go out and at night. Even when we are out she will ask to go to the potty. Sometimes 3 and 4 times at one place, but I know I have to just go with it. She doesn’t use her little potty much anymore. She goes right into the bathroom and sits on the big potty all by herself and then comes to me to help her put her pants back on. It’s amazing how well…

We had pretty busy weekend, but not too bad. Got a lot done. My inlaws are replacing their bed in the spare room with a bigger bed, so they gave us their old one, which is much more comfortable than the one we had in our spare room. So on Saturday they brought that over. Holly and Nana had a lot of fun playing in her new room with Dora’s castle. Holly loves when Nana comes over because she’s a FUN playmate. We visited with them and had a late lunch before they headed home. Then Steve, Holly and I hung out for the rest of the night.
