My 2nd Digital Page….

I’m sure you’ve all seen The Big Toy Book that Toy’s R Us put out every year?? Well it arrived in this weekends paper and we kept it for our Christmas shopping. I was showing Steve a few things in the book and when I left it on the couch, Holly grabbed and and began to look through and make her ‘list’. It was the cutest thing, she just kept turning page after page and saying “Dora, Boots”….I had to snap some pictures. I guess this is just the first year of many that she’ll grab that book and make her list.

We are happy to announce that we will be having our second baby girl in April and she looks great! Everything in the ultrasound is perfect and we are so excited. All those cloths of Holly’s that she didn’t get to wear much because she has so many, will have a change to be worn by her little sister. Yesterday Holly and I went to the play area at the Waterford Mall with her friend Chloe and Chloe’s mom Cara. It was so much fun! Holly had a blast! I tried taking lots of pictures but most of them didn’t come out to well, she was moving way to fast for me. The minute I took her out of her carriage she was off and and just started running around with a HUGE smile on her face. There were a lot of kids there, mostly bigger than her so it was a little crazy because they weren’t being very careful of the little ones. But Holly and Chloe did fine on their own. After a while Holly noticed the slide and went right up…

Today is my nephew Kristopher’s Birthday. He is 5 today. WOW 5!!! That’s amazing how fast he is growing. It really does seem like yesterday he was born. I remember when I went to go see him for the first time, his brother Jonathan, who was 3 1/2 at the time, was with me. He said hi to his baby brother then looked at me and said “Auntie Karen, why doesn’t say hi to me?” It was really cute. I think he as expecting a full grown boy to be born that would talk and play with him. This kid was kinda boring he thought. But Kristopher was absolutely adorable. It’s been 5 years since that day, and it feels like yesterday. And now Jonathan…

We had a very nice weekend. Actually the it started on Thursday for us. We arrived in Agawam Thursday morning because Steve had to work up there on Thursday and we returned home Sunday afternoon. We had a great time. Holly did fantastic while we were there. She wasn’t even bothered by the fact that we weren’t home for 4 days. She’s so great. Being away from home seemed to inspire her to say more words. She says mama all the time now. She would say it from time to time but it is a regular word for us now and I LOVE to hear it. She also started saying Slow, More and Ball. Too cute! Love to hear that little voice, it’s the best…

I love the idea of netflix. For those of you who don’t know about netflix…It’s an online video store. You sign up to get so many movies at a time and pay one price for the month. Keep them as long as you want, return them quickly and get more and you can do this as many or as little time each month, but pay the same price. We get two at a time and sometimes they stick around here for a while but I don’t have to worry about any late fees. I just returned 2 movies yesterday so in a few days I’ll have 2 more. One is “Walk The Line”. Everyone has been raving about this movie so I had to order…
