OK, I know I did another orange page, I’ll try to do another color next time. LOL I have a tendency to almost always match my papers to the dominate color in the picture. I think I should let that go sometimes but I seem to do it all the time.

Today is our 5th Wedding Anniversary. I can’t believe it’s been 5 years since we were married. Of course those have been 5 WONDERFUL years. My life changed almost 8 years ago when I met my husband. I’ve been a very bad blogger. I just uploaded my pictures onto the computer because my card was full and I can’t believe how many pictures I had that I wanted to share. Guess I should check my camera more often. LOL Pasta Night Holly loves Pasta (what Italian child doesn’t, right?) but she prefers it with butter. Our family received some good news yesterday. Some of you who know my cousin Mia (46) had open heart surgery in June and has been paralyzed ever since from the waist down. Last week she was able to wiggle two toes on each foot and after a few days she was wiggling all the toes on one foot. She went to Boston yesterday for an evaluation and they said that since she is able to do that, then it means that she WILL walk again someday!!! That was the best news ever. We had an idea that would be the case but they confirmed it. She needs to just be patient and keep up with physical therapy and just give it some time. They said…
No more Momma or Dadda, it’s now Mommy and Daddy. “Thank you Mommy” and “I love you Daddy” Though I love this change because it shows she is growing up and her language is developing amazingly, it also means she’s not a baby anymore. We have just a few more things left of her ‘babyhood’ and once they are gone, it’s going to hit me hard. I see pictures like this one and notice how grown up she looks, but I can also still see her as a baby in my mind. We had Allison’s 1st Birthday Party this past Saturday and we couldn’t of asked for a more perfect day, weather and all. It was beautiful outside and the kids had so much fun. Allison enjoyed the day but got really tired from all the days activities. She was a little bit interested in the gift opening but not interested in the cake. She cried. Part of the reason was because she was hungry and she didn’t know that was food, it didn’t look like her regular food. I’m sure someday cake will be a recognizable food for her but not at 1. So much fun playing in the water. Holly had a blast, once again, playing in her pool. She LOVES to splash and toss the water out off the pool. She hasn’t emptied it yet, but I have a feeling she’s working towards it some days. She really does know how to have fun and I love to watch her.
