My 2nd Digital Page….

Holly and Allison are eager to grow up and drive. Grandpa let them test drive his Mustang the other day. He said they can use it anytime because they are good drivers. Geez he didn’t let me drive until I was 17 and they are only 1 and 3. Guess who likes his granddaughters better than his own daughter. Just kidding. When we arrived at my parents house this past week, Grandpa was cleaning his Mustang for their trip this weekend so the girls jumped in to check it out. They had never seen a convertible before and were pretty interested. I snapped a few pictures of them.

So much fun playing in the water. Holly had a blast, once again, playing in her pool. She LOVES to splash and toss the water out off the pool. She hasn’t emptied it yet, but I have a feeling she’s working towards it some days. She really does know how to have fun and I love to watch her.  

Holly loves to help mommy around the house. She actually wanted to wash dishes when she saw me doing it the other day. I promised her she could someday and intend to keep that promise! Her thing lately is every night she wants to set the dinner table, so I let her. I give her one thing at a time except for glasses and knives. She puts each plate where they belong, one for daddy, one for mommy and one for Holly. Then we move onto forks, napkins, plastic cups and then whatever extra things need to go on the table for that nights dinner. She loves doing this and she does a great job. The girls both needed new winter hats. Holly’s were to small from last year, even though she looked cute and Allison was wearing one of Holly’s older hats, but it was a little snug and we needed a back up anyways. We met my mother at Sears and she bought them each a Hat and Mitten set. Allison didn’t want to wear it (I guess she doesn’t like change either) so to make it ‘fun’ I had them wear them when we got home. They LOVED it! And I was able to get this cute picture of them.

It’s been a while since I sat down and did some scrapbooking, I just haven’t had the time. This past Saturday, Jodi and I spent the day together scrapbooking and I got a LOT done. Then Sunday afternoon I sat down and did a few more. It felt so good to get back in the groove again and I can’t wait to do more. I’m hoping to get some more time this week. I need to catch up a bit before the baby arrives. Here are my creations from the weekend. Thanks for looking!!! I plan on making a christmas album but I LOVE these pictures so I couldn’t wait. Today is our 5th Wedding Anniversary. I can’t believe it’s been 5 years since we were married. Of course those have been 5 WONDERFUL years. My life changed almost 8 years ago when I met my husband. I knew shortly after I met him that we’d be together forever. It just felt right, I didn’t have to be someone I wasn’t, I could totally be myself and it was a great feeling. We had so much fun together when we were dating and we still do today. It’s great to wake up every morning next to the best thing that ever came into my life. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world because I know my husband loves me exactly they way I…
