Happy Birthday Holly!

It’s been a bit since I posted because I’ve been in the hospital. I had my gallbladder removed. Didn’t plan on that and I would of rather not have gone through it, but it happened, it’s gone and now I just need to give it some time to heal to get back to ‘normal’..whatever that might be. For those of you that don’t know what happened…Here’s the story. It started Friday night while I was taking a scrapbook classat an LSS in CT. I thought it was gas pains and sat there and suffered for2 hours because I didn’t want to leave the class. I did ask around for some Tums or something but no one had any. At least while we are home and she isn’t sleeping. That is Holly of course. She is finally potty training and it’s going so well in such a short period of time. A few weeks ago she started going occasionally on the potty at my mom’s house, but not here. Well, last week I started asking her more and more if she wanted to go on the potty and each time her answer was “no mommy, not now, no potty, I too big” Obviously she doesn’t realize that because she is big she needs to go on the potty, she gets confused. But anyway, buy Friday I realized that I just needed to take off her diaper and NOT put another one on, then she…

After dinner tonight the girls put on their ballet dresses and danced for us. It was really cute. I did get it on video but it’s too big to upload here so here are the pictures. Allison was copying whatever move Holly did, it’s so cute when she mimics her moves, except when Holly is doing something she shouldn’t. Our littlest Ballerina Miss Allison… Our bigger Ballerina loves to do twirls………… and I caught her in action…

These pictures are also from my collection of favorite pictures of Holly. I do have one more page I did last weekend, but I found a BIG typo on it so I need to fix that before I post it. I’m so excited. One of my layouts (of Holly of course) is in the Top 10 for a contest at Scrap Town. Now the member’s get to vote on the winner. I looked at all the layouts today and boy do I have competition. I don’t think my layout is the best one there, but I’m so excited for it to be there with the rest of them. You can take a look here . Yesterday was Steve’s Birthday. Holly was all excited and told everyone she saw even the guy that came over to look at our roof! LOL. We bought him an ice cream cake, per Holly’s request and had a little party before bed. The girls enjoyed it, well mostly Holly. Tomorrow is Allison’s 1st Birthday! We had her party over the weekend, I will post pictures later. I can’t believe a year has gone by already!
