We have YELLOW!!!!

I love the idea of netflix. For those of you who don’t know about netflix…It’s an online video store. You sign up to get so many movies at a time and pay one price for the month. Keep them as long as you want, return them quickly and get more and you can do this as many or as little time each month, but pay the same price. We get two at a time and sometimes they stick around here for a while but I don’t have to worry about any late fees. I just returned 2 movies yesterday so in a few days I’ll have 2 more. Yesterday we went to the Big E in Springfield Mass with Nana and Papa. The girls had a great time! The weather was perfect for being outside all day too and that made the day very enjoyable. Nana and Papa bought Holly a ‘ride all day’ pass and she really wanted to ride all day. She had a blast! Every ride that she was tall enough for, she went on. She was very brave with a few of them and she made mommy very proud. The height requirement was 36″ and she just made it at 36.5″. We got lucky! We had a really nice weekend, and it’s not even over yet. Monday is our bonus day. It’s started off good on Friday when Steve took a half a day off. It was nice to have him home again after being gone on his trip. Allison had her 1 month doctor’s appointment so Steve and Holly hung out together at home and me and Allison went to the doctors. She did great. She weighs 8lbs 10oz and is 21 inches long. So she gained an inch since birth (which didn’t surprise me at all) and she’s a little over a pound from birth which is perfect. Now that Holly is moved into her new room, we can start working on the nursery. I defiantly want to change the theme. I need something different because I’ve been looking at Holly’s room for almost 3 years. Change is good. We decided (well I guess really I decided) to paint the nursery yellow. I’ve been wanting a yellow room in my house and since my husband really isn’t into painting the rest of the house, why not have my yellow in the nursery. We have a busy week scheduled here. Jodi and Little David have been here visiting for a couple of days and we’ve really enjoyed their visit. Holly loves having her friend David here to run with and play with. The sharing could be a little better but they are only 2 and I think they’ve done great. David really had enjoyed seeing baby Allison and likes to feed her. When ever he sees her bottle he thinks she needs to eat, it’s so cute.
