Silly Girl……..

Allison’ turned 4 month’s old on Friday. Can you believe it’s been 4 months already?? I sure can’t. She is getting bigger and bigger each day. Yesterday I went through her closet and took out all her newborn cloths. It was sad, but it had to be done. She’s wearing right now 3-6 months but there are a few of her 0-3 month one piece dresses that still fit so I kept those for a few more weeks. It seems like she is getting very tall. I can’t wait till Thursday for her appointment to find out exactly how much she has grown. I took the monthly picture with the zebra and put them all in a collage to see the difference each month. One of my layouts has been published in a scrapbook magazine. I found out back in August. You can read that thread here. This is something that I’ve been wanting and waiting for a LONG time. If it never happens again, I will be happy that it happened once. But of course I will continue to try for future publications. My copy of the magazine finally arrived yesterday. I really think I was the last one to receive a copy because I wanted it so bad. I was so happy, almost starting jumping up and down again screaming, but Holly was napping so I couldn’t. Today was moving day, for Holly at least. We finally finished painting her new room and it’s all ready for her. We began by moving her crib into the room this morning, boy was that fun. We were really hoping not to have to take the entire crib apart but we had to unassemble quite a bit of it to get it through the doors. Live and Learn. We’ve decided to move her with the crib first and then when she is nice and settled in there, we’ll get her a bed. Then we had to break for haircuts. I did 13 layouts this weekend and made 1 card. That’s pretty good for me. Now I have to keep going so I can catch up at least a little bit before Holly turns 2. Here are the rest of them.

I love watching the girls sleep. As a matter of fact I look in on them every night before I go to bed. They are just so cute and so quiet when they sleep. Yes they both take after mom and talk a lot, but then again when daddy gets talking he doesn’t shut up either! It’s been a while since I’ve snapped a picture of them sleeping so I couldn’t resist.
