Scrapbooking…

Holly LOVES to color..It’s her new thing…But we must leave the crayons on the counter when we are done, or the walls become her coloring book. This has happened 3 times (if you count the fridge last week). I did get a picture this time before I cleaned it. Did you know that the Magic Eraser works really well getting crayon off your walls and fridge? Yup it does. Jodi can tell you too…I think she invested in the company recently. LOL The picture is a little blurry but it’s the wall in my hallway and there isn’t much light, but you get the idea. I love how her belly hangs out when she wears this top..It’s just too cute. Wow I can’t believe that it’s January again!!! Each year seems to go by faster and faster the older I get. And now that I have a child, I can defiently see how fast time goes by, it’s amazing how big Holly is getting. She’s no longer a baby and it shows through every single day. She is saying so much, and so well too. Every week she is adding more and more words to her vocabulary it’s amazing! I need to work on Potty training a little bit more and see if it’s possible to get her trained before baby comes along, but I’m not sure if it will happen, but I’ll try. It would be nice to only have 1 in diapers, but…

I’m trying really hard to get into a routine to update here more often, but my life isn’t that exciting to post something every day. I did take some cute pictures of Holly today but I haven’t uploaded them yet and as soon as I do I’ll post them. Here are a few of my more recent scrapbook pages of Holly. Of course they are of Holly, I don’t scrapbook anything but her anymore!! I love paper scrapping but I’m very interested in trying out digital scrappin. I just need a HUGE block of time to sit at my computer and learn, which I don’t have right now. Someday, maybe when Holly is 6. LOL

Lots of Pictures!!! I seem to take so many pictures of Holly some weeks. This little girl will seriously be able to enjoy her childhood again by looking through pictures. Some of them are taken of everything she does throughout the day. For instance yesterday. Here she is watching Blues Clues in her onesie, drinking her juice. She tries to ignore the camera, but it’s still there, snapping away. Here she is after her bath, while the barette is still in her hair (wasn’t there very long). I think the TV was on again..or she’s just trying to ignore the camera again. Her hands are in her mouth all the time again, but doesn’t she look cute in her little dress!! Here she is playing…

Last Friday night Santa arrived in town on the local fire truck. I guess the reindeer aren’t ready to travel yet. After dinner we gathered with everyone else to await Santa’s arrival. This was the first time we were there to greet him so we had no idea what to expect. The girls were becoming impatient so we gave them so lollipops to buy some time and it worked, very well. When Santa finally arrived he began to visit the children in the crowd but unfortunately we were in the wrong spot. We are at the end, but we didn’t know that so we waited and waited until it was our turn. In the meantime Santa had all sorts of helpers there to entertain and…
