Allison turned 10 months old this week, hard to believe that she’ll be 1 in just two months. As I’ve said before, where did the time go???She’s doing really well. She has been crawling like crazy since Christmas and pulls herself up on everything and is now cruising along the furniture. She really has the desire to stand and move along but she hasn’t tried to take any of her own steps yet. Still not letting go. But her balance is getting better and better every week so she probably will be walking by her 1st birthday.She seems to be going through a growth spurt and is eating so much more lately, but not so much in the form of baby food, but in the…

Since Allison was sick her appitite has picked up tremedously! She’s snacking more than she ever was before and that’s ok because she only weighs 23lbs!!! and she’s almost 2. So I’m happy that she finally has more of an appitite. She was enjoying a cheese sick the other day and just looked so cute, of course. And I got the cutest smile too.

Holly and I are going to visit Santa today. I’m very excited to see how she feels about the ‘real’ him. She loves to see him on TV and when we drive by houses that have him outside, but she hasn’t seen the real him yet so it will be interesting. I think she will LOVE him and I’m really hoping she wants a picture with him, but I’m not counting on that part. She’s not one to sit on many people’s laps, so I can’t see her sitting on Santa’s lap, but we will find out today. We put up our tree this weekend but I haven’t taken a picture of it yet. The girls both needed new winter hats. Holly’s were to small from last year, even though she looked cute and Allison was wearing one of Holly’s older hats, but it was a little snug and we needed a back up anyways. We met my mother at Sears and she bought them each a Hat and Mitten set. Allison didn’t want to wear it (I guess she doesn’t like change either) so to make it ‘fun’ I had them wear them when we got home. They LOVED it! And I was able to get this cute picture of them.
