More Dancing Holly…

Our First Snow, for this year that is. It snowed today and Holly was so happy. It didn’t really snow last year, nothing that she could play in and the year before she doesn’t remember so today was a fun day! Believe it or not, her snowsuit I bought her last year fits her perfectly, she’s so tiny. So that worked out well since I didn’t buy another one this year. She patiently waited for Allison to go down for her afternoon nap so we could go outside. Here are some pictures of her all bundled up having fun. Her had kept falling over her eyes. She was so cute!She had a blast!!!

Holly and Allison are eager to grow up and drive. Grandpa let them test drive his Mustang the other day. He said they can use it anytime because they are good drivers. Geez he didn’t let me drive until I was 17 and they are only 1 and 3. Guess who likes his granddaughters better than his own daughter. Just kidding. When we arrived at my parents house this past week, Grandpa was cleaning his Mustang for their trip this weekend so the girls jumped in to check it out. They had never seen a convertible before and were pretty interested. I snapped a few pictures of them.

I’m feeling much better today. The pain is pretty much gone and so is most of the uncomfortableness. I know that’s not a word but it discribes what I was feeling the past few days. I haven’t taken any of the pain killers since Saturday and today I didn’t even take any Aleve. Don’t need it anymore. So glad this was a quick recovery, just like everyone told me it would be. I can lift Holly now and drive, but I still need to limit my lifting/pushing to 25lbs for the next few weeks. No problem with that! I don’t usually lift/push that much anyways. I go to the doctors tomorrow to hopefully have the staples removed because they are bugging the heck out of…

Holly absolutely LOVES her daddy. She gets so excited when he comes home from work every day. After dinner daddy usually sits down to watch tv for a little bit and that’s usually Holly’s opportunity to play with him and climb all over him. One night last week she loaded a bunch of stuffed animals on top of daddy and then climbed on top of him too and did a little cuddling. It was so sweet I had to snap a picture. So glad I caught that moment….. My little fishes swimming this past weekend….

Allison’ turned 4 month’s old on Friday. Can you believe it’s been 4 months already?? I sure can’t. She is getting bigger and bigger each day. Yesterday I went through her closet and took out all her newborn cloths. It was sad, but it had to be done. She’s wearing right now 3-6 months but there are a few of her 0-3 month one piece dresses that still fit so I kept those for a few more weeks. It seems like she is getting very tall. I can’t wait till Thursday for her appointment to find out exactly how much she has grown. I took the monthly picture with the zebra and put them all in a collage to see the difference each month. I am Lucky to be able to say that I am the mother of these two Beautiful Amazing little girls. As long as they are happy and healthy nothing else should really matter to me. There isn’t anything in this world more important then the love from them, and my husband of course. They are my number one’s and I am here to take care of them. Everyday, when I wake up and see their smiling faces, and hear that wonderful little voice of Holly’s say “Good morning, Mommy” I am thankful that we have the life that allows me to be with them each and everyday and watch them grow into amazing people.
