More Dancing Holly…

Today is our 5th Wedding Anniversary. I can’t believe it’s been 5 years since we were married. Of course those have been 5 WONDERFUL years. My life changed almost 8 years ago when I met my husband. I knew shortly after I met him that we’d be together forever. It just felt right, I didn’t have to be someone I wasn’t, I could totally be myself and it was a great feeling. We’ve all been sick. First Allison, then Mommy, then Holly and finally Steve. The wonderful stomach and intestinal bug……… fun fun fun. We have been just lying around the house for a few days. I felt really bad for the girls, they were not themselves, but they were still cute. Steve took some pictures of the girls sharing the couch. Holly smiled, but Allison just couldn’t. Holly felt better cuddling with Penquin……….Of course Allison had June with her to help her nap…..

Holly is turning into a big girl right before our eyes. Just about everything baby about her has disappeared. Before we know it…………Nope I won’t even go there! LOL She’s been battling a cough the past few days so we’ve been giving her lots of medicine. She’s such a BIG girl now that she can have he medicine in the little dosing cup and drink it all by herself. I’m so proud of her every time I watch her drink it all up. We call it special juicy so she’ll drink it and usually she’ll say to me “yum yum special juicy good!”. Oh how I love her!!! Here are some pictures of her drinking her ‘special juicy’. Enjoy………….

Happy Monday everyone! I don’t really have much of a post today, just wanted to stop in and say hi. We had a nice weekend, I had the day off on Saturday and went scrapbooking for the day with Jodi. We had a lot of fun and I got a lot of pages done. I haven’t scanned them in yet so I’ll do that tonight and post those tomorrow. It was nice to spend the day with my best friend without any little ones around. But we did miss them, that’s for sure. Steve and Holly had a great day together. They took a ride to the beach and she played in the sand for a little while, it was very cold and windy so…

Well yesterday was day 2 and it looks like there will be may days to go…of course I need to be patient, but how come she didn’t come potty trained?? LOL Back to yesterday. I asked her before she got dressed if she wanted to go on the potty and of course she got all excited and ran to the bathroom. We got undressed, sat down, smiled, got up, closed the cover to the potty, opened it, sat down, smiled, got up, closed the cover, opened it, sat down, smiled got up..etc. She just kept repeating the process over and over. Finally some pee’s came out but she got up while she was in the process and it was in the potty, on the seat…

Well fall is far gone and winter should be here now, even though it’s been way to warm for winter. I needed to redesign my blog so here it is. I am going to work on the header, it’s just too blah and it really needs pictures of Holly. So bare with me while I make my changes!Thanks!!
