Our family received some good news yesterday. Some of you who know my cousin Mia (46) had open heart surgery in June and has been paralyzed ever since from the waist down. Last week she was able to wiggle two toes on each foot and after a few days she was wiggling all the toes on one foot. She went to Boston yesterday for an evaluation and they said that since she is able to do that, then it means that she WILL walk again someday!!! That was the best news ever. We had an idea that would be the case but they confirmed it. She needs to just be patient and keep up with physical therapy and just give it some time. They said…

Allison is One month old today. I can’t believe how fast this month went by. She has grown so much and I can’t wait to take her to the doctor’s tomorrow and she how much she’s grown because I know she has. She received this cute zebra as a present when she was born from the ladies that own Curves (where I used to work) and I’m going to take a picture of her with it each month so we can see her grow. We are all here and well, just not much to say. Steve told me I really needed to update the blog and when I told him I didn’t really have much to say or any pictures to share, he told me that I was wrong. I should be talking about how Allison is trying to crawl. So here is my post just for Steve (love you honey!) Allison is crawling, not perfectly yet, but she’s doing REALLY well. She still mostly does the ‘army crawl’ but every now and then she gets up on all fours and moves a few steps. It’s cute! And we are excited that she’s doing so well but I’m also sad that my baby is getting big WAY TO FAST!…

We had a very nice weekend. Actually the it started on Thursday for us. We arrived in Agawam Thursday morning because Steve had to work up there on Thursday and we returned home Sunday afternoon. We had a great time. Holly did fantastic while we were there. She wasn’t even bothered by the fact that we weren’t home for 4 days. She’s so great. Being away from home seemed to inspire her to say more words. She says mama all the time now. She would say it from time to time but it is a regular word for us now and I LOVE to hear it. She also started saying Slow, More and Ball. Too cute! Love to hear that little voice, it’s the best…

Allison received a really FUN Water Table for her birthday from her Godfather Joe, Becky, Joey and Tommy. What a great gift, she LOVES it!! And so does Holly. While Daddy and Holly were in the pool on Thursday Allison played with the water table. Here are a few pictures.
