Allison is a full fledged walker now and even tries to run at times. She no longer crawls! She started walking a bit right after her 1st Birthday and each week it got more and more and for about 10 days now it’s been a full time thing for her. We love to watch her walk, she waddles a bit still but is very steady. Her run is a really fast walking and it’s amazing she doesn’t fall over. Here is a video I took of her tonight walking back and forth down the hall to her room. I guess she was ‘dancing’ to the music and kept coming back to turn it on. She’s so cute. If Holly could say those words, that’s what we would of heard over the weekend from her. She’s been trying for so long to climb up onto the love seat by herself. She’s been successful once or twice but she’s tried a lot more than that. Well, this weekend she achieved her first little goal….getting up on the love seat, repeatedly, by herself. And each time she would look so proud too. I finally caught a picture of her up there by herself this morning, but of course she wouldn’t smile for me. My baby turns 2 today! I can’t believe how fast the last 2 years have gone by. She’s getting to be a very big girl and talking up a storm and getting into everything………..she’s being a 2 year old.

That’s what I heard from the backseat of the car yesterday. At first I just smiled because she’s just so darn cute and then it hit me…. my 3 year old just counted backwards from 5!!!! I was so excited. I told her how great that was and how proud I am of her to count backwards and I said to her “Where did you learn to do that?” She said “at school mommy, the teacher told me”. How excited was I. Obviously school was a great idea. She is 9 months old this week. Can you believe that! Allison’ turned 4 month’s old on Friday. Can you believe it’s been 4 months already?? I sure can’t. She is getting bigger and bigger each day. Yesterday I went through her closet and took out all her newborn cloths. It was sad, but it had to be done. She’s wearing right now 3-6 months but there are a few of her 0-3 month one piece dresses that still fit so I kept those for a few more weeks. It seems like she is getting very tall. I can’t wait till Thursday for her appointment to find out exactly how much she has grown. I took the monthly picture with the zebra and put them all in a collage to see the difference each month.
