Long Time no post…

While Allison napped today, Holly and I went outside to play in the snow. I made a path for her to slide down the little hill right outside the front door, it’s perfect for sledding. She loves doing it but gets a little nervous the first few times, then she won’t stop. She decided to go down on her back so she closed her eyes, just in case it was scary. She’s so funny! We had a good time. Then she wanted to build a snowman. I haven’t made too many snowmen in the past but I think this one turned out really cute. She’s a girl so really she’s a snow girl. We don’t make boy’s in this house, only girls! Daddy’s out numbered…

Happy Monday everyone! I don’t really have much of a post today, just wanted to stop in and say hi. We had a nice weekend, I had the day off on Saturday and went scrapbooking for the day with Jodi. We had a lot of fun and I got a lot of pages done. I haven’t scanned them in yet so I’ll do that tonight and post those tomorrow. It was nice to spend the day with my best friend without any little ones around. But we did miss them, that’s for sure. Steve and Holly had a great day together. They took a ride to the beach and she played in the sand for a little while, it was very cold and windy so…

Yesterday was Steve’s Birthday. Holly was all excited and told everyone she saw even the guy that came over to look at our roof! LOL. We bought him an ice cream cake, per Holly’s request and had a little party before bed. The girls enjoyed it, well mostly Holly. Tomorrow is Allison’s 1st Birthday! We had her party over the weekend, I will post pictures later. I can’t believe a year has gone by already!

Sick Night. Yup! You read that right. Holly had so much fun with her new room, getting a hair cut and all her new toys (see post below) but her night wasn’t as much fun. Around 9:30pm she woke up and threw up all over her crib and everything in it. Poor thing was crying and shaking, she had no idea what just happened. So we got her up, cleaned her up and sat up with her most of the night. She continued getting sick for 4 hours!! Poor thing, all she wanted to do was go to sleep she was so tired. Steve went to bed around 11:30 so he could get up with her in the morning since I was obviously going to…

I have a picture of Steve and Holly walking into the pumpkin patch last year on our refrigerator and Holly noticed it earlier in the year and ever since then, she has been asking to go to the Pumpkin Patch. Well it’s finally that time of the year and today we went to the pumpkin patch. We go to Manfredi’s Farm in Westerly and they have a bunch of animals there too and she had so much fun!!! She didn’t want to go near the donkey’s but she was very brave with the goats, sheep and chickens. She would of loved to have gotten closer to the ducks, but that wasn’t possible. Holly loves to play the knock, knock game. It’s really cute. She will say ‘knock, knock’, I’ll say ‘who’s there’ and then she starts naming all the Backyardigan’s one at a time. It’s really cute. I was finally able to get it on video. Just so you know, the Backyardigan’s names are Pablo, Austin, Tyrone, Tasha and Uniqua. She added a few other people into the mix this time. Enjoy!
