Alllison’s Day….

This past weekend our GREAT friends Karen, Charlie and Jessica came over to help us put together the swing set that the girl’s grandparents bought them. It was an all day Sunday project. Steve has been putting up the swings and toys during the week, but the entire structure was done on Sunday. Last night Steve got Allison’s swing up. This is her first time on a swing and she LOVED IT. She giggled the entire time. The girls are getting bigger and having trouble sharing at times, but not always. They do a good job keeping each other busy and really do love each other. When Allison and I pick up Holly from school, Allison gets giddy when we pull into the school parking lot. When Allison gets up from a nap Holly is so excited to go in and see her. They hug each other before bed and I love seeing that. I haven’t been able to catch a good picture of the two of them together in a while until today. I just love how this came out. I love the summer, but not the heat. We defiently do so much more in the summer than any other time of year. Things we LOVE about summer: 1. POOL When we were looking for a house a pool was NOT a priority and when we found one with it, we figured it was a great bonus. We had no idea how awesome it would be to have a pool. We have a huge yard so right after Steve mows the lawn (on his riding mower) he jumps right into the pool to cool off. Makes mowing more fun. The first summer here we knew the pool was worth it and last year was even better because Holly LOVED the water. I’m hoping she enjoys…

I know it’s been 18 days since I posted. I didn’t have my camera for a few of those days and just got behind. But today I was informed it had been 18 days so I decided to make sure I updated today!
