Alllison’s Day….

We’ve all been sick. First Allison, then Mommy, then Holly and finally Steve. The wonderful stomach and intestinal bug……… fun fun fun. We have been just lying around the house for a few days. I felt really bad for the girls, they were not themselves, but they were still cute. Steve took some pictures of the girls sharing the couch. Holly smiled, but Allison just couldn’t. Holly felt better cuddling with Penquin……….Of course Allison had June with her to help her nap…..

Holly is feeling better today. She has her spirit back and that’s nice. She slept a little extra yesterday so I’m sure that helped. Unfortunately she was up at 5:45am today so that’s an early start to our day! I’m glad she’s feeling better, I just feel so bad when she’s not herself. She did wake up starving today so that’s probably a good sign. Looks like it’s going to be another nice day out today so I’ll try to get her outside for some fresh air. Maybe we’ll just go play in the yard. We’ve got a HUGE yard she’s always looking out to and is just dying to run around in! I’m glad the nice weather is starting to arrive. I just hope…

Shh….Don’t Tell!!!! Mommy snuck a barrett in Holly’s hair this weekend. Holly had no idea…until about 2 hours later when she put her hands on her head and well that was the end of that. Now she’s onto me…I can’t brush her hair to long because she knows what I might do. But I’ll keep trying because she looked so cute!!! The funny thing was, when she found it and pulled it out, she then kept trying to put it back in her hair. It was so funny. I tried to fix it for her and she let me once, but that was it. I will try again today when she takes another bath. Of course it’s easiest while her hair is wet. I found…

I know we aren’t Irish…but still it’s a day to celebrate, right? Well actually the only way we are celebrating (again, because we aren’t Irish) is Holly is wearing Green today….. Obviously she isn’t looking very festive and happy in this picture, probably because I made her wear green and we aren’t Irish. But tough luck, I still get to pick out her cloths! She’s napping now, well she’s supposed to be napping but she’s in her cribbing addressing all of Ashaway (she’s talking very loud) about something but I’m not sure.
