A trip to the mall….

I love this picture of Steve and Holly. We were getting ready to go out and Steve was putting Holly’s coat on her and I snapped this picture. Even though Holly isn’t looking at the camera, it still makes a great shot. The Two Loves of my LIFE!!! I’m always telling Steve how much she is like him. She has so much of his personality it’s amazing. Lately I’ve also been noticing deferent expressions as being like his too. We did notice immediately when she was first born that she has his crooked pinky fingers and toes. A few of Steve’s toes curve in and Holly’s are exactly like his!! I don’t normally get great pictures of my mother because she hates to smile. She says she doesn’t know ‘how’ too (sorry mom, but you do!). Well I finally got a perfect picture of her and Holly and they are both smiling pefectly!! I scrapbooked it right away and I love how it came out. I found a quote that I thought would be great for this page because there wasn’t really a story to tell about the picture. It says “Grandma’s are mommies with lots of practice”. PERFECT!!

We had a very nice Thankgiving and everything was delishous, of course. My mother has us all over for dinner and she does pretty much all the cooking herself and it’s always so good. We had a fun day and the kids all had a great time. A few pictures of the girls with their cousins Jonathan and Kristopher.

March 2nd and it snowed. Now I know it’s still ‘technically’ winter on March 2nd BUT really, we hardly ever get snow that late anymore here but we did today. The girls enjoyed it so I guess that’s the important part but it was a lot of shoveling, again.It probably doesn’t look like much, but it is a lot of snow for us!Holly was taking all the icicles off the car, she was showing me the “big” one she found!

Holly loves to play. She plays very well by herself too. She’s such a good girl!! Today she decided that she was going to play with everything at once!! Twice she emptied out her toy box and just tossed everything everywhere. It’s a small area so it fills up pretty quickly. Maybe she was looking for something and thought, hey this could be fun. I don’t know but I had to clean it up and then later on she did it again. Here’s the proof…. Then she decided after all her toys were out of the toy box, she’d take all of mommy’s “toys” otherwise known as Tupperware and put that all over the kitchen floor. What a mess!!!! But she had fun, that’s all…
