A new look………..

Remember me?? and my girls?? Yeah Yeah I know it’s been a long time since I last posted but mama’s been busy making money to put in a new driveway. lol I know excuses, excuses. We took the girls to the Washington County Fair yesterday and it was Allison’s first time riding any rides and she absolutely LOVED it! I was afraid there wouldn’t be anything she could ride since she is still little but there were 3 and she rode all 3 of them. She even rode one alone without her sister and she wasn’t the least bit scared. We were very proud of her. Here are some videos I took of Allison’s rides….

Yup, Allison is up on her feet, not walking yet, trying to figure out how to cruise, but she is up!! She started pulling herself up over the weekend. We used to put things on Holly’s Dora table that Allison couldn’t have, but we can’t do that anymore. First she would get up on her knees to see what she could grab, but after just a few days, she started pulling herself up on her feet and now she can reach just about anything on that table, she can also push it over, like she did today, opps! She’s standing along the couch, standing in her crib and trying to pull herself up on my pants leg. She even turned the volume down on her…

Well we’ve realized that we should start trying to Potty Train Holly. Not exactly sure how to go about it but the first step was to open the box with the Potty that’s been sitting in my dining room for 2 months now. So last night I did exactly that, put it together and put it next to the toilet in the bathroom. When it was time for Holly’s bath I said to her… “Do you want to sit on the potty and do pee pee’s?” She got all excited sat down smiled for the camera and then got up. Then she went back, sat down, smiled for the camera again and then got up. We did this about 5 times without any pee pee’s….

Shh….Don’t Tell!!!! Mommy snuck a barrett in Holly’s hair this weekend. Holly had no idea…until about 2 hours later when she put her hands on her head and well that was the end of that. Now she’s onto me…I can’t brush her hair to long because she knows what I might do. But I’ll keep trying because she looked so cute!!! The funny thing was, when she found it and pulled it out, she then kept trying to put it back in her hair. It was so funny. I tried to fix it for her and she let me once, but that was it. I will try again today when she takes another bath. Of course it’s easiest while her hair is wet. I found…

How cute is this….. Holly and I spent the day yesterday with Jodi and Baby David. After lunch we took them to the playground. Rather then go in two cars, I put Holly’s carseat in her mini van and went together. I glanced back at the kiddos and saw them holding hands. It was the cutest thing. I had to snap some pictures. They had a blast at the playground. But wore themselves out pretty fast. After that the both fell asleep in the car. So the two mommy’s went to Dunkin drive thru, order some coffees then sat in the parking lot and looked through a scrappin magazine together. It was fun mommy time! We had a nice day. I’m taking an online class by Renee Pearson to learn how to Digital Scrapbook. I don’t think I will go ALL digital, but I DO want to learn. Santa Claus brought me Photoshop Elements 4.0 so that’s what I’m using. Here is the first lesson and my first ever Digital Page. Of course this isn’t going into Holly’s scrapbook, it will be in my “Learning Digital Scrapbooking” scrapbook.
