The girls were playing and said they were going to have a picnic. Holly lost interest and found something else to do but only after helping her sister set the table. Allison then proceeded to have her picnic, with Zebra. It was absolutely adorable and I’m so glad I got a picture of it. She is going to love looking back at this someday.
Holly loves to play the knock, knock game. It’s really cute. She will say ‘knock, knock’, I’ll say ‘who’s there’ and then she starts naming all the Backyardigan’s one at a time. It’s really cute. I was finally able to get it on video. Just so you know, the Backyardigan’s names are Pablo, Austin, Tyrone, Tasha and Uniqua. She added a few other people into the mix this time. Enjoy!
So glad today is Friday. I like Fridays..especially if we go out for pizza, which we will do as long as Holly takes an afternoon snooze. I’m not sure if that will happen because she slept in a little today so we’ll have to see. Not to much to write today..just wanted to past a few cute pictures of Holly that were taken earlier in the month. Enjoy!!! Reading one of her Favorite Books… Where’s the Banana Holly??? Silly girl. Are you ready for Spring?? I am!!! Have a great weekend!!
Shh….Don’t Tell!!!! Mommy snuck a barrett in Holly’s hair this weekend. Holly had no idea…until about 2 hours later when she put her hands on her head and well that was the end of that. Now she’s onto me…I can’t brush her hair to long because she knows what I might do. But I’ll keep trying because she looked so cute!!! The funny thing was, when she found it and pulled it out, she then kept trying to put it back in her hair. It was so funny. I tried to fix it for her and she let me once, but that was it. I will try again today when she takes another bath. Of course it’s easiest while her hair is wet. I found…
Holly turned 18 months last week. Amazing how fast that went by. She went for her 18 month checkup yesterday and did great. She still wasn’t to crazy about getting weighed (which I can’t blame her) but she did much better than she did at 15 months. She weighs 22lbs and is 31 1/4 inches tall. Perfect! She was a wild women in the exam room. She was all over the place running, jumping, spinning, laughing, talking etc. The doctor was very impressed with all of her. She’s so funny!! She didn’t like the 2 shots she got and she pulled the band aid right off, but after it was done, it was done. Here’s a few pictures from last week, she’s figured out how…
If Holly could say those words, that’s what we would of heard over the weekend from her. She’s been trying for so long to climb up onto the love seat by herself. She’s been successful once or twice but she’s tried a lot more than that. Well, this weekend she achieved her first little goal….getting up on the love seat, repeatedly, by herself. And each time she would look so proud too. I finally caught a picture of her up there by herself this morning, but of course she wouldn’t smile for me. Holly isn’t much of a climber even though she will be 16 months old this week. I’m not complaining one bit because I know how hard that can be. Baby David (Jodi’s…
