I already did a layout of our boat ride from Saturday, can you believe it?? I don’t paper scrap this fast, another reason why I’m enjoying digital scrapbooking. Holly finally went pee pees on the potty!!!! This is such a big thing for us because though she has sat on the potty many many times, she never actually did anything. Well on Thursday night, Steve and Holly talked about going on the potty and she said tomorrow. Not that we really believed her, but I did still ask her in the morning if she wanted to go on the potty. She said yes. So we went into the bathroom (all 3 of us, I was feeding Allison at the same time) and she sat down and in just about no time she got up and said “look mommy, pee pees” and I couldn’t believe my eyes, there were pee pees in the potty….

Happy Monday everyone! I don’t really have much of a post today, just wanted to stop in and say hi. We had a nice weekend, I had the day off on Saturday and went scrapbooking for the day with Jodi. We had a lot of fun and I got a lot of pages done. I haven’t scanned them in yet so I’ll do that tonight and post those tomorrow. It was nice to spend the day with my best friend without any little ones around. But we did miss them, that’s for sure. Steve and Holly had a great day together. They took a ride to the beach and she played in the sand for a little while, it was very cold and windy so…

I tried scrapbooking this weekend and while I did get 3 pages done, I’m not happy with any of them so I’ll try to re-work them until I’m somewhat satisfied. I seemed to have lost my scrappin mo-jo. Since that wasn’t working and I was really in the mood to scrap, I decided to try some digi scrapping. I purchased some templates from Gina Miller Designs last week so I thought they might help to get me going. Well it worked and I got 2 pages done. Then I took some time to organize my digital items to make it easier. I think this week I’ll just stick to digital and see what happens. Here are the 2 pages I did do…

Allison has started solids and lets just say, she has her daddy’s taste buds, not her mommy’s. She does enjoy the rice cereal, but she doesn’t like Pears or Sweet Potato’s. Like I said, she’s got her daddy’s taste buds, no fruits or vegetables. But I am determined to change that. For now, we are going to stick to the rice cereal and try the fruits and veggies again some time soon. She is getting so big, so fast, but I guess that’s what happens when you keep feeding them lol. Look at Holly, she is going to be 3 in 2 months…….when did that happen??? Allison went for her 4 month check up on Friday and she did great. She weighs 13lbs 4oz and…

We are all here and well, just not much to say. Steve told me I really needed to update the blog and when I told him I didn’t really have much to say or any pictures to share, he told me that I was wrong. I should be talking about how Allison is trying to crawl. So here is my post just for Steve (love you honey!) Allison is crawling, not perfectly yet, but she’s doing REALLY well. She still mostly does the ‘army crawl’ but every now and then she gets up on all fours and moves a few steps. It’s cute! And we are excited that she’s doing so well but I’m also sad that my baby is getting big WAY TO FAST!…
