Happy Birthday to me…..

This past weekend we took Holly to the pumpkin patch. She had so much fun there last year, we know she’d enjoy it even more this year, and she did! She tried picking up all the pumpkins but most were too heavy. She kept running from pumpkin to pumpkin saying “help me, help me” because she was desperate to pick them up. It was so cute. It seems like my blog has been all about my digital layouts. Sorry about that. I’ll post a ‘Holly’ update below this layout. My nephew Jonathan (who turned 8 yesterday) made his First Communion this past May. He’s also my Godson. It’s amazing how fast the past 8 years have gone by. It seems like it was just yesterday we were awaiting his arrival, not sure if he was a boy or a girl, and very excited. It’s one of those days that will always be fresh in my memory, that’s how exciting it was. Anyways, Steve took a really nice picture of him and I the day of his party and I finally scrapped it. Another dancing Holly video. She loves to dance!! It’s just so cute, and she does it so much throughout the day I enjoy every minute of it. It’s hard to believe that in one week from today she will be 2!!! That’s just amazing. And she is doing so much for a 2 year old, we are very proud of her. How fast the last 2 years went by!!! Last night I went and got a very much needed pedicure with one of my oldest friends Kimberly. When I say oldest I mean we’ve been friends for a LONG time, she’s not really older than me. We figured out this year will be 25 years we’ve been friends. That’s a LONG time and a lot of history. But anyways, we had a nice time and we got out toes painted together. I decided to paint my toes Blue. Yup you heard that right, I said blue. Why not right?? Not like anyone is really going to see them. I figured Holly would get a kick out of it and she did. (Steve thinks I’m crazy but that’s nothing new) Holly hasn’t noticed my toes…

Holly LOVES the pool this year. Last year she never got in it, but this year she’d be in there everyday if she could. Her and Steve were swimming the other day and I got a video of them. She was playing pretend and daddy was a monster. She’s so cute. Enjoy!
