This Weekend’s Pages……

Now that Holly is talking so much, every now and then, she says something and we just have to laugh, it’s so cute. This weekend on Saturday her Nana and Papa (Steve’s parents) came to visit. Then on Sunday I told her that Nonnie and Papa (my parents) were coming to visit her. She said to me“more Nana’s and papa’s today”It was so cute! She absolutely loves all 4 of her grandparents and she had so much fun playing with them all this weekend. Today (Monday) we went to Target. When we got to the register, the cashier said Hi to us, pretty normal. Sometimes Holly will say Hi back, other times she gets shy and won’t even look at the cashier. Well today was…

These girls are getting so big, so fast…………it’s amazing! Allison likes to carry a ‘bunch’ of things at a time by tucking them under her chin. It’s really cute when she does this. One day I let her play with the tub of wipes so I could finish up some things around the house (of course I have plenty of wipes to spare). Once they were all pulled out of the tub, she then carried them from room to room, and of course tucked them under her chin. I was able to catch a couple of pictures of her…. We started a new tradition for the end of Halloween. Sounds weird I know, but stay with me. Holly got two pumpkins this year and she’s been pretty attached to them. We never carved them, I don’t think should would of liked that. They had to be in her room at night when she went to bed and she carried them around the house with her too. Like I said she’s pretty attached to them.Steve mentioned to me on Halloween that he thought she would NOT be willing to part with them when they start to Rot….what would we do??? I did 13 layouts this weekend and made 1 card. That’s pretty good for me. Now I have to keep going so I can catch up at least a little bit before Holly turns 2. Here are the rest of them.

My baby turns 2 today! I can’t believe how fast the last 2 years have gone by. She’s getting to be a very big girl and talking up a storm and getting into everything………..she’s being a 2 year old.

Today Holly’s big girl bed was delivered and she was so excited. We’ve been talking about the big girl bed for a couple of weeks now and she really seemed to ‘get it’. We even told her that baby sister was going to use her crib and she’s been OK with that too. This morning, I moved some of her toys out to make room for the bed and put her crib to the side of the room. When daddy got home, the three of us (Holly always helps) took her crib apart and moved it into the nursery.
