What a BIG girl!!!!

Halloween is approaching and I need to find Holly a costume but I’m so tempted to put the same thing on her as last year just because it was so darn cute. (But I will get something different). Here she is, just under 1 years old, walking already, on her first night of trick o treatin….she seemed to enjoy it and we loved how cute she looked….

Allison started Pre-School even though she isn’t quite 3 year but she’s so ready to go and is all potty trained. For now she is in the 2 year old room until she turns 3. We love her teacher Miss Jen and so does she. She never even cried once when I dropped her off. I’m so proud of her.

She sat on Santa’s lap!!! I was so excited, more than she was. This is her 3rd Christmas and I finally got her to sit on his lap. I’m so proud of her. We met Lil David and Jodi at the mall yesterday and when we walked in, Santa was the first place we saw. At first Holly got shy and looked away when Santa waved hi. But after a little while she wanted to go up to see him, and play with the stuff that was there around him. Today was like Holly’s first ever Halloween. Of course in her mind it was because she doesn’t remember Halloween’s of the past even though she’s always enjoyed it. No, it was like she experienced it for the first time today and we LOVED it!! It all began last Tuesday night when we told her that tomorrow was Halloween and she would be going trick or treating with Jakob tomorrow night. She knew Halloween was coming but had no idea when. She woke up this morning (Halloween) and was crying. I asked her what the problem was and she said that it wasn’t trick or treat today. We are finally getting ready for the Holidays. Christmas seems to be creeping up me and it’s going to be here before I know it. My favorite thing to do is put up the tree. I love my tree and get so excited to do it, but this year, I wasn’t looking forward to it. Just the the thought of taking the time to do it and then thinking how will Holly do with putting things on the tree, not taking them off, then I figured Allison would be grabbing every from the tree and putting it in her mouth.
