Water Fun!

Our First Snow, for this year that is. It snowed today and Holly was so happy. It didn’t really snow last year, nothing that she could play in and the year before she doesn’t remember so today was a fun day! Believe it or not, her snowsuit I bought her last year fits her perfectly, she’s so tiny. So that worked out well since I didn’t buy another one this year. She patiently waited for Allison to go down for her afternoon nap so we could go outside. Here are some pictures of her all bundled up having fun. Her had kept falling over her eyes. Holly loves my Glasses and LOVES to put them on herself. Isn’t she cute?? I think she’s OH SO CUTE!!! Jodi thinks she looks just like Steve with them on and I agree. She makes my heart melt all the time.

I’m sure you’ve all seen The Big Toy Book that Toy’s R Us put out every year?? Well it arrived in this weekends paper and we kept it for our Christmas shopping. I was showing Steve a few things in the book and when I left it on the couch, Holly grabbed and and began to look through and make her ‘list’. It was the cutest thing, she just kept turning page after page and saying “Dora, Boots”….I had to snap some pictures. I guess this is just the first year of many that she’ll grab that book and make her list.

We finally was able to take the boat out for a ride on Saturday. They were expecting it to be hot and humid but instead it was beautiful and a great day to be outdoors, especially if you were on a boat! We had a fun time. Holly stayed behind with Grandma and Grandpa. Our friends Mark and Jeff came with us. I’m glad Mark came because he grew up on a boat too like Steve so he knows the language and what to do. I have no CLUE when it comes to boating. I guess over time I’ll learn though. But we had a great time and stopped at Hamburg Cove which is along the CT River and the guys went swimming. The current…

Holly graduated from Preschool and is off to Pre-K. Not that there is a BIG difference but it’s still a step forward. She had a great teacher this year that we really loved and Holly enjoyed going to school everyday. Here are a few pictures from Graduation. They sang a few songs too and it was adorable. So glad today is Friday. I like Fridays..especially if we go out for pizza, which we will do as long as Holly takes an afternoon snooze. I’m not sure if that will happen because she slept in a little today so we’ll have to see.
