Sisters playing…..

Tonight my little girl turned into the cutest little Lady Bug!!! She LOVED trick or treating so much. She wouldn’t say trick or treat to the people at the door, but she did say thank you and bye bye to each one of them. We took her to about 12 houses and she had a GREAT TIME. So much she didn’t want to stop. It was cute. We are glad she enjoyed it, though at first she was a little confused as to what was going on, but she caught on pretty fast. March 2nd and it snowed. Now I know it’s still ‘technically’ winter on March 2nd BUT really, we hardly ever get snow that late anymore here but we did today. The girls enjoyed it so I guess that’s the important part but it was a lot of shoveling, again.It probably doesn’t look like much, but it is a lot of snow for us!Holly was taking all the icicles off the car, she was showing me the “big” one she found!

If Holly could say those words, that’s what we would of heard over the weekend from her. She’s been trying for so long to climb up onto the love seat by herself. She’s been successful once or twice but she’s tried a lot more than that. Well, this weekend she achieved her first little goal….getting up on the love seat, repeatedly, by herself. And each time she would look so proud too. I finally caught a picture of her up there by herself this morning, but of course she wouldn’t smile for me. Today is my baby girls 2nd birthday. I can’t believe how fast the past 2 years have gone by. It’s been so amazing and fun since the day she was born. Our lives changed in a way that no one could ever explain to us, but it was the best change ever. Holly is an amazing little girl and has brought so much joy to everyone who knows her. She’s smart, funny, silly, loving, cuddly and so much more. There are days that Steve and I just look at her and think, how could we not love her as much as we do. She’s a blessing to our lives and we LOVER HER beyond words and actions. Yesterday we had her 2 year picture taken…

The Nursery is finally done. I’m so happy with it and just love the colors. We did Holly’s nursery in neutral colors because we picked it out before we knew we were having a girl. Originally we were NOT going to find out the sex of the baby, but I caved last minute so we did. We really like her nursery set so we decided to stick with it, even though it wasn’t “girly”. Well this time I wanted something VERY girly and I got my way. Do you think this is girly enough?? I also pulled out Holly’s infant car seat and got that all cleaned up for Baby Sister. I put it back together yesterday so we can load it into the car…
