More Dancing Holly…

We had pretty busy weekend, but not too bad. Got a lot done. My inlaws are replacing their bed in the spare room with a bigger bed, so they gave us their old one, which is much more comfortable than the one we had in our spare room. So on Saturday they brought that over. Holly and Nana had a lot of fun playing in her new room with Dora’s castle. Holly loves when Nana comes over because she’s a FUN playmate. These girls are getting so big, so fast…………it’s amazing! Allison likes to carry a ‘bunch’ of things at a time by tucking them under her chin. It’s really cute when she does this. One day I let her play with the tub of wipes so I could finish up some things around the house (of course I have plenty of wipes to spare). Once they were all pulled out of the tub, she then carried them from room to room, and of course tucked them under her chin. I was able to catch a couple of pictures of her…. I love the summer, but not the heat. We defiently do so much more in the summer than any other time of year. Things we LOVE about summer: 1. POOL When we were looking for a house a pool was NOT a priority and when we found one with it, we figured it was a great bonus. We had no idea how awesome it would be to have a pool. We have a huge yard so right after Steve mows the lawn (on his riding mower) he jumps right into the pool to cool off. Makes mowing more fun. The first summer here we knew the pool was worth it and last year was even better because Holly LOVED the water. I’m hoping she enjoys…

I just love this little face……… with that cheesy smile. That’s how she smiles when she sees the camera in my hand lately, all the while saying “CHEESE”. It’s really cute!! Here is another one……. I just love that face!!!

While in Agawam over the weekend, we visited with Chris (hi Chris) and her dogs. She’s got two great dogs who are so well trained (great job Chris!) and the girls absolutely LOVED them and they were so brave. We will get a dog someday (yes we will Steve) but not for a while yet. But it was nice to know the girls will do so well when that day comes. Holly even feed the Jake a snack! I’m so excited. One of my layouts (of Holly of course) is in the Top 10 for a contest at Scrap Town. Now the member’s get to vote on the winner. I looked at all the layouts today and boy do I have competition. I don’t think my layout is the best one there, but I’m so excited for it to be there with the rest of them. You can take a look here .
