We spent the weekend at my parents while Steve was traveling and before we left I wanted to leave some cute pictures of the girls on my mother’s camera. They were so silly. The camera settings were off at first so some of them are blurry but they were too cute to not post.

My mom went to Italy last month – alone! I’m so proud of her. She had a great time but was very homesick too, which I figured she would be but I’m so glad she went because she has a lot of family there. She had fun shopping and bought the girls these really pretty dresses….. This picture was taken outside Allison’s school the day before her last day. It was the best smile I was going to get!
Holly has gone through a few coats this winter. The one she had from last year that fortunately still fit her, was taken from Gymnastics (I’m sure by accident) and never returned. Then I bought her a nice one at JCPenny which she didn’t like but she had to wear anyways. And then she got a new one for her birthday that she liked better. In the end she didn’t like either one of them and conveniently broke the zipper on one of them. LOL I think these kids sometimes are smarter than me. I have a new babysitter that comes over on Mondays and Fridays for a few hours in the morning to play with Allison while I get a little work done. Her name is Katie and she is really nice and Allison loves her! They were playing one day and Allison pulled out her tools – she LOVES her tools! Katie made her an adorable tool belt. She used a regular belt and put all her tools on it. Allison absolutely loved it and she looked adorable, as usual.
Holly has been hesitant for a while about getting her ears pierced. But when she noticed her friend Katie had her ears pierced and had mickey mouse earrings, she decided she definitely wanted her’s done. We had to wait until the summertime because her dance recital was at the end of the school year and she can’t wear earrings during the recital. She was OK with this because that gave her time to digest the fact that she was going to do it. I am traveling for a bit this summer so in between my trips, Steve thought it would be a good idea to take Holly to have her ears pierced because she had mentioned a few times she really was ready to do…
Father Daughter Dance – My Favorite Picture of Holly I absolutely love this picture I took of Holly from the night of the Father Daughter Dance. She was more than happy to pose for me and this one was my favorite. I love her profile and how grown up she looks. She got this dress for her birthday back in November from Nana.
