We spent the weekend at my parents while Steve was traveling and before we left I wanted to leave some cute pictures of the girls on my mother’s camera. They were so silly. The camera settings were off at first so some of them are blurry but they were too cute to not post.

I went for my bi-annual scrapbook weekend with Jodi today, even though Steve didn’t seem to pleased that I still went. I just know that if I put it off any longer, it’ll never happen this fall and I really need the weekend away and with my bff Jodi. He’ll be fine because my parents will be around to check on them and even cook dinner all weekend. The girls were invited to a bowling Halloween party so my mom took them. I asked her to send me pictures because I felt bad I wouldn’t see them all dressed up. Jodi here… I spoke with Karen this morning and everyone is doing well. I read to her all the well wishes that everyone posted to her. Thank You! Karen is blissfully enjoying Allison and on her road to recovery. Allison is sleeping and eating just great (burping and pooing too which is exiciting news when you have a new baby!) Holly I am sure is loving all the playtime with her Daddy and Grandparents and Steve is holding down the fort. We will be a complete family of FOUR in April!!! The newest edition to the Wilmes Family will arrive the end of April and we couldn’t be happier. Today was our first doctor’s appointment and we had an ultrasound and was able to see little Baby W for the first time. It’s little arms and legs were moving around like crazy. A very active baby, guess this one will be just like Holly!! It was so great to see the baby and now it feels so much more real, even though my belly has already begun to grow, this just reassures me that everything is going well.
Tonight was Holly’s 2nd Father Daughter dance and she has been waiting for this night. Not only is it a night for her and daddy, but it’s the last night it will be just her and daddy as Allison will be in Kindergarten next year and will be attending with them. So it was a special night for Holly and Daddy. It was also a special night for Allison as she got to go on a date with Mommy! We went to dinner at Chili’s which is her favorite place to go to. I turned 37 today. Yup 37! I feel like it was just yesterday that I was turning 30 and now it’s 7 years later. Time really flies, especially when you have kids. My mother had us over for dinner and cake this past weekend for my birthday. It was nice. The girls loved signing happy birthday to me. They are such good helpers. LOL Tonight Steve took us out to dinner, we went to the bar in Pawcatuck, we use to go to all the time before kids. I love their burgers so I was happy to go there.
