We spent the weekend at my parents while Steve was traveling and before we left I wanted to leave some cute pictures of the girls on my mother’s camera. They were so silly. The camera settings were off at first so some of them are blurry but they were too cute to not post.

Allison wants to learn everything Holly learns. When Holly was learning to do math in Kindergarten, Allison learned to do math. When Holly was learning to count by 5’s and 10’s. Allison learned. Allison then figured out how to count by 2’s just by the logic that it was every other number, no one taught her. Allison is smart, and hopefully will continue to enjoy learning new things as she gets older and won’t push school work aside for something else. Holly is in 2nd grade now and she is learning to write cursive and is loving it. Holly has very neat printing and her cursive is looking to be neat as well. She’s still working on it. Father Daughter Dance – My Favorite Picture of Holly I absolutely love this picture I took of Holly from the night of the Father Daughter Dance. She was more than happy to pose for me and this one was my favorite. I love her profile and how grown up she looks. She got this dress for her birthday back in November from Nana. We are on school vacation this week and I promised the girls we’d do at least one fun thing a day but I do still have to work. They love going to the mall, well Holly does (Allison prefers to not walk around too much) and they had some Easter money burning a hole in their pockets so we had to go spend it! Holly graduated from Pre-K tonight. She was so excited and nervous at the same time because they had a few songs to sing. I knew she’d do great and guess what? She did! Tonight was Holly’s 2nd Father Daughter dance and she has been waiting for this night. Not only is it a night for her and daddy, but it’s the last night it will be just her and daddy as Allison will be in Kindergarten next year and will be attending with them. So it was a special night for Holly and Daddy. It was also a special night for Allison as she got to go on a date with Mommy! We went to dinner at Chili’s which is her favorite place to go to.
