Happy New Year
ByKarenMerry Christmas and Happy New Year. I know, I know it’s been forever since I’ve updated but, we had lots of people over during Christmas and New Years and then Allison started with a little cold (that won’t go away) and then Holly started and the poor thing is such a trooper. So needless to say, I’ve been a bit busy. The Christmas tree is still up, can you believe that! ~Christmas~ We had a great Christmas. Holly was so excited for Santa to come and she just enjoyed everything about the holiday, especially the gifts! Allison was just a sweet angel. She just went along with the flow, didn’t get into too much while we were opening presents, but enjoyed herself at the same…

I am SO behind……
ByKarenI’ve been a very bad blogger. I just uploaded my pictures onto the computer because my card was full and I can’t believe how many pictures I had that I wanted to share. Guess I should check my camera more often. LOL Pasta Night Holly loves Pasta (what Italian child doesn’t, right?) but she prefers it with butter. No problem…It’s easier that way in case I don’t have any sauce on hand and the clean up is SO much better…Butter in the hair as opposed to sauce all over her. Anyways, one night we were having pasta and I http://www.blogger.com/img/gl.spell.gifCheck Spellingput some sauce in her dish so she can “dunk” (we’ve been doing that with ketchup lately and she seems to enjoy it). Well she…

What Kind of Donut am I?
ByKarenYou Are a Boston Creme Donut You have a tough exterior. No one wants to mess with you.But on the inside, you’re a total pushover and completely soft. You’re a traditionalist, and you don’t change easily. You’re likely to eat the same doughnut every morning, and pout if it’s sold out. What Donut Are You?

Weekend Recap (Part 2)…….
ByKarenEaster morning Holly didn’t really understand that the Easter Bunny was coming so I got to sleep in before she got her basket. Once I was up, her basket appeared in her room on her Dora chair. She was so excited when she saw it and her favorite thing in the whole entire basket was a little plastic flute that cost .25. Go Figure. But we were happy she liked everything. When Nana and Poppa came back from church they gave her their Easter Basket, another fun one! She loved everything in there too. I tried really hard to get a good picture of her in her dress, but she didn’t want to pose for me so this is the best I got. Daddy cooked…

Easter Picture
ByKarenWe went on Monday to The Picture People to have Holly’s Official Easter picture taken. I’d do it myself but I can’t get her to look at the camera anymore. I also don’t have a place to take it without stuff in the background so off to The Picture People we go. The last time we were there was on her 1st Birthday. The thing about them is that the kids can stand up. She started walking at 9 months so by 1 year she was running and I knew she wouldn’t sit for a picture. When we did her birthday picture it was very hard to keep her in front of the camera, she kept wanted to walk out of the room, play with…

No picture…………
ByKarenNo picture with Santa yesterday. That’s ok, i really didn’t expect that she would but it was worth a try. She did enjoy seeing him at first glimpse, then lost interest and just wanted to see the balls on the christmas trees (she’s obsessed with anything round!). But we tried and if I can get to the mall again next week, I’ll try again. I’m not going to push it. She’s never had her picture taken with Santa yet, but someday she will I’m sure. She received a christmas gift from my husband’s aunt and uncle this past weekend. They bought her a dora table and chairs. She LOVED IT!!! We have it set up in our TV/Playroom right now and hope to move it…

Oh my goodness, cute pictures! I can’t get over how much Holly changed from 1 to 2.
Karen, I got the outfit that Betty is wearing on my blog banner about 2 years ago from Old Navy. I ordered some clothes when my sister was pregnant, but thought they were too cute, so I kept them for when we had a baby!
