Holly and I are going to visit Santa today. I’m very excited to see how she feels about the ‘real’ him. She loves to see him on TV and when we drive by houses that have him outside, but she hasn’t seen the real him yet so it will be interesting. I think she will LOVE him and I’m really hoping she wants a picture with him, but I’m not counting on that part. Happy 16th Birthday Danielle!!!! Today is my little cousin Danielle’s 16th Birthday and she’s getting her driver’s permit. Now when in the world did that happen. How did she get to be 16 when she was just born. It’s amazing how fast she has grown up right before my eyes. When she was little, my sister in law and I would tell her we were going to call the stores and tell them to stop making cloths so she wouldn’t grow anymore and I think she believed us back then. Holly and I took a trip up to New Hampshire yesterday to visit with Jodi, Lil David and a friend of ours from college Jenny. (Hi Jodi and Jenny!!!). It was a beautiful day for a drive…the sun was out and it was nice and warm (but not HOT) and it just made me feel so good to be out in it. Holly did fantastic on the ride up. She slept for about 45 minutes right in the middle of the 2.5 hour drive…it was perfect! She even let me listen to most of my music all the way there…that was a treat for me. I’m so sad. My camera is broken, and it’s not something the warranty will cover. They say it’s physical damage and the warranty doesn’t cover that. I think that’s silly, when you have small children, the warranty should cover for physical damage. Oh wait, I guess that would on be the warranty for the child, not the camera. Oh well. We could have if fixed, but for double the price of fixing it we can get a brand new one. Why not get one that’s more up to date with the latest features, right? I think that’s what we should do. Steve thinks we should see if we can have it fixed somewhere else for cheaper. I’m going for the new camera route instead. He…

Holly is feeling better today. She has her spirit back and that’s nice. She slept a little extra yesterday so I’m sure that helped. Unfortunately she was up at 5:45am today so that’s an early start to our day! I’m glad she’s feeling better, I just feel so bad when she’s not herself. She did wake up starving today so that’s probably a good sign. Looks like it’s going to be another nice day out today so I’ll try to get her outside for some fresh air.
