The Knock, Knock game……

Holly is defiantly a fish in the water like her dad. Not that I don’t Love the water, because I do, but it’s a different Love for Steve and Holly seems to have that too. She even lets him dunk her underwater. I really should take her for formal swim lessons this fall. She just has so much fun while in the pool. Whether it’s the big pool or her kiddie pool, she just LOVES the water. And then at the end of the day she gets to take a bath and get into more water. That was a very short lived bug, thank goodness. By Tuesday morning her fever broke and by the end of the day she was pretty much back to her normal self. I’m glad that didn’t last too long. This morning she’s fine, except she got up on the wrong side of the crib! LOL Hopefully that will change after her morning nap.

We have a busy week scheduled here. Jodi and Little David have been here visiting for a couple of days and we’ve really enjoyed their visit. Holly loves having her friend David here to run with and play with. The sharing could be a little better but they are only 2 and I think they’ve done great. David really had enjoyed seeing baby Allison and likes to feed her. When ever he sees her bottle he thinks she needs to eat, it’s so cute. In between the rain on Monday, the kids ran around outside and had a blast……. After they played outside, I had to wash Holly’s legs and feet so I let her sit on the bathroom counter and play in the water,…

We had a nice weekend, but it’s nice to get back into what ever normal is in our house. For Christmas Eve, my inlaws, my parents, Uncle Rick and Auntie Connie and our friend Melissa all came for a nice Italian dinner. Not the traditional italian christmas eve of fish and seafood, but my own version of an Italian dinner….Salad, homemade Lasagna, homemade meatballs and sausage, homemade eggplant parm and lots of yummy Italian bread!! What’s an Italian meal with out yummy bread. OH and top that off with a real yummy Italian dessert with lots of cream and friut. I have no idea what it was called but it was good!!! We all enjoyed it very much and we ate way too much, both…

Holly graduated from Preschool and is off to Pre-K. Not that there is a BIG difference but it’s still a step forward. She had a great teacher this year that we really loved and Holly enjoyed going to school everyday. Here are a few pictures from Graduation. They sang a few songs too and it was adorable.
