That’s Right………

Just to start off, I don’t get as much keyboard time during the day where i can type, that’s why I haven’t been updating. It’s very hard to do an update one handed. Now that I’ve said that…..Here are a bunch of pictures that I’ve taken over the last week or so that I want to share. The girls are doing great. Allison is 6 months old, amazing!! We enjoy her so much, she’s such a sweet baby and so loving too. Holly still can’t get enough of her baby sister and now she likes to hold her in the rocking chair and sing her a lullaby before she goes to bed at night, it’s very sweet. This weekend I spent with my Best Friend Jodi in Mystic at a Scrappin Girls Weekend Getaway. Ok, it wasn’t called that, it’s really just an After Labor Day Crop, but we like to call it a Scrappin Girls Weekend Getaway because that’s what it was for these two SAHM’s. We had a really good time. Jodi left NH around 11am and arrived at my house for some coffee and birthday cake around 2pm. Saturday was her BIRTHDAY (HAPPY BIRTHDAY JODI!!) so I HAD to get her a cake. Happy Birthday My Friend!!!! We’ve know each other for about 23 years……..wow………that’s a long time!!! We’ve had a lot of fun over the years and we’ve had a LOT of laughs. I’m so glad we got back in touch so we can continue being friends for another 23 plus years!!! I hope you have a great day and you get exactly what you want for your birthday. Remember me?? and my girls?? Yeah Yeah I know it’s been a long time since I last posted but mama’s been busy making money to put in a new driveway. lol I know excuses, excuses. We took the girls to the Washington County Fair yesterday and it was Allison’s first time riding any rides and she absolutely LOVED it! I was afraid there wouldn’t be anything she could ride since she is still little but there were 3 and she rode all 3 of them. She even rode one alone without her sister and she wasn’t the least bit scared. We were very proud of her. Here are some videos I took of Allison’s rides….

Holly will be 2 in two days but today we went and picked up her birthday gift so she got an early present. We bought her the Little Tikes Slide and she LOVES IT!!!! The slide can be used indoors our outside, and Holly LOVES going on the slide so we knew it would be the perfect gift, and it was. It was so fun to see how excited she was when daddy put it together, her face lite up! It was the first time she’s really ever had a reaction like that and we enjoyed it so much. 2 is defiently going to be fun (tough too, but fun). In my previous post I mentioned that Allison loves standing, well she still does! And she’s starting to walk along the couch a lot more. She even lets go everynow and then, but I still don’t think she’ll be walking anytime soon. I hope not, I am not ready for that yet! I’m greeted by her standing in her crib whenever I go and get her and she usually has a smile on her face like this….. It’s amazing how fast she is growing! We were all getting better, but not anymore. Steve has a really bad ear infection so he’s on antibiotics and Allison started with a fever again today and she’s still coughing and her nose is running just a bit. Holly is…
