We are all sick here. Not fun at all! The joy of back to school. Everyone has been really healthy and after 2 weeks of Holly back to school (mind you she only goes 2 times a week) we are already sick. Basically we all have colds, Steve’s is just starting today, but the girls have been running temps up and down for a few days. No one has been sleeping good so we are all tired. Better this weekend though than next week because we are heading to Bob and Melissa’s wedding so we don’t want to be sick for that. Just a cute picture I took of Holly the other night. I’m LOVIN the digital scrappin world so much. I never thought I’d enjoy it, but once you have a better idea of how to do it, it’s really easy and fun!! Here are my latest creations I made over the last 2 days. I guess purple was the theme. LOL I didn’t even realize that until just now.

We had a really nice weekend, and it’s not even over yet. Monday is our bonus day. It’s started off good on Friday when Steve took a half a day off. It was nice to have him home again after being gone on his trip. Allison had her 1 month doctor’s appointment so Steve and Holly hung out together at home and me and Allison went to the doctors. She did great. She weighs 8lbs 10oz and is 21 inches long. So she gained an inch since birth (which didn’t surprise me at all) and she’s a little over a pound from birth which is perfect. Everything else checked out good and her doctor was very pleased with her progress. No shots this month, but…

I am Lucky to be able to say that I am the mother of these two Beautiful Amazing little girls. As long as they are happy and healthy nothing else should really matter to me. There isn’t anything in this world more important then the love from them, and my husband of course. They are my number one’s and I am here to take care of them. Everyday, when I wake up and see their smiling faces, and hear that wonderful little voice of Holly’s say “Good morning, Mommy” I am thankful that we have the life that allows me to be with them each and everyday and watch them grow into amazing people. Holly and Allison are eager to grow up and drive. Grandpa let them test drive his Mustang the other day. He said they can use it anytime because they are good drivers. Geez he didn’t let me drive until I was 17 and they are only 1 and 3. Guess who likes his granddaughters better than his own daughter. Just kidding. When we arrived at my parents house this past week, Grandpa was cleaning his Mustang for their trip this weekend so the girls jumped in to check it out. They had never seen a convertible before and were pretty interested. I snapped a few pictures of them.

The girls both needed new winter hats. Holly’s were to small from last year, even though she looked cute and Allison was wearing one of Holly’s older hats, but it was a little snug and we needed a back up anyways. We met my mother at Sears and she bought them each a Hat and Mitten set. Allison didn’t want to wear it (I guess she doesn’t like change either) so to make it ‘fun’ I had them wear them when we got home. They LOVED it! And I was able to get this cute picture of them.
