Happy Birthday Allison!!

Holly LOVES to color..It’s her new thing…But we must leave the crayons on the counter when we are done, or the walls become her coloring book. This has happened 3 times (if you count the fridge last week). I did get a picture this time before I cleaned it. Did you know that the Magic Eraser works really well getting crayon off your walls and fridge? Yup it does. Jodi can tell you too…I think she invested in the company recently. LOL The picture is a little blurry but it’s the wall in my hallway and there isn’t much light, but you get the idea. I love how her belly hangs out when she wears this top..It’s just too cute. They finally came today to fix the holes in the ceiling, the chimney and finish taking up the rug downstairs. In case you don’t remember, a week before Allison was born, we had a bad rain storm and not only did water come into the basement but it came through our dining room ceiling too. It was not a fun time for us. But now the ceiling is fixed and the walls are freshly painted and they aren’t white anymore. They are actually a light greenish/yellow called Spring Blossom. I did a digital layout tonight of Holly’s Year in Review. There are some of my favorite pictures from each month of 2006. It’s amazing how much she changed from January to December. She no longer has that “baby” look, she’s all toddler, and boy is she ever!

Allison is getting to the age where she is starting to ‘play’ with Holly and Holly just loves it. While I was folding cloths downstairs the other day, they were on the floor with Holly’s tea set and play food and they were having a ‘coffee party’ according to Holly. How cute! Before bed the other night, Allison was sitting in her chair playing with her little dog and she dropped it on the floor, so Holly went over and picked it up for and Allison thought it was the funniest thing and started cracking up. So Holly picked it up again and the cycle of fun began. They were having a blast. I grabbed the camera and was able to get this little video….
