That was a very short lived bug, thank goodness. By Tuesday morning her fever broke and by the end of the day she was pretty much back to her normal self. I’m glad that didn’t last too long. This morning she’s fine, except she got up on the wrong side of the crib! LOL Hopefully that will change after her morning nap.
I’m so excited!!!!! Finally one of my scrapbook pages is going to be published!!!! Last week Memory Makers magazine emailed me that they were going to feature one of my pages in their online newsletter and I was VERY excited about that. Well this week Scrapbook Trends emailed me and they want to PUBLISH one of my layouts in their December Issue!!!!! I was so excited. I screamed for Steve and he thought something happened to Holly. He laughed at me as I jumped up and down squeeling like a pig I was so excited!!!!! The best part of it is it’s a layout with me and Holly in it, which makes it even more special. I did a digital layout tonight of Holly’s Year in Review. There are some of my favorite pictures from each month of 2006. It’s amazing how much she changed from January to December. She no longer has that “baby” look, she’s all toddler, and boy is she ever!
Holly is feeling better today. She has her spirit back and that’s nice. She slept a little extra yesterday so I’m sure that helped. Unfortunately she was up at 5:45am today so that’s an early start to our day! I’m glad she’s feeling better, I just feel so bad when she’s not herself. She did wake up starving today so that’s probably a good sign. Looks like it’s going to be another nice day out today so I’ll try to get her outside for some fresh air. Maybe we’ll just go play in the yard. We’ve got a HUGE yard she’s always looking out to and is just dying to run around in! I’m glad the nice weather is starting to arrive. I just hope…

I love the summer, but not the heat. We defiently do so much more in the summer than any other time of year. Things we LOVE about summer: 1. POOL When we were looking for a house a pool was NOT a priority and when we found one with it, we figured it was a great bonus. We had no idea how awesome it would be to have a pool. We have a huge yard so right after Steve mows the lawn (on his riding mower) he jumps right into the pool to cool off. Makes mowing more fun. The first summer here we knew the pool was worth it and last year was even better because Holly LOVED the water. I’m hoping she enjoys…
