Allison is standing a LOT! Just about anything she can pull herself up on, she does. Saturday morning, Steve was holding her while she waited for her bottle and when I gave it to her, I told him he could just sit her down on the floor and she’d hold it all by herself. Well he figured he’d lean her against the couch, sitting down. She did NOT want to sit, she wanted to stand so when he put her down, she wouldn’t bend her legs so here is how he left her. Today was moving day, for Holly at least. We finally finished painting her new room and it’s all ready for her. We began by moving her crib into the room this morning, boy was that fun. We were really hoping not to have to take the entire crib apart but we had to unassemble quite a bit of it to get it through the doors. Live and Learn. We’ve decided to move her with the crib first and then when she is nice and settled in there, we’ll get her a bed. Then we had to break for haircuts. We had such a wonderful Christmas this year. We hope you all did too. Holly had a blast and really enjoyed it. She didn’t quite get the whole thing this year but boy did she have fun with everyone and all her presents. Here is our family Christmas picture and more to come tomorrow. Happy Holidays!!!!

Holly did wonderful sleeping in her new Big Girl bed. It’s pretty much as if nothing has changed. This is a child that can be resistant to change, but she must of been ready to transition because she isn’t even phased by it. And we couldn’t be more proud of her Last night, once again, she went right to bed and slept all night long, no problems in her bed. And in the morning she’s even been staying there until she sees me getting up, then she gets out of her bed. Holly LOVES the pool this year. Last year she never got in it, but this year she’d be in there everyday if she could. Her and Steve were swimming the other day and I got a video of them. She was playing pretend and daddy was a monster. She’s so cute. Enjoy!
