The slacking has continued….

These girls are getting so big, so fast…………it’s amazing! Allison likes to carry a ‘bunch’ of things at a time by tucking them under her chin. It’s really cute when she does this. One day I let her play with the tub of wipes so I could finish up some things around the house (of course I have plenty of wipes to spare). Today was like Holly’s first ever Halloween. Of course in her mind it was because she doesn’t remember Halloween’s of the past even though she’s always enjoyed it. No, it was like she experienced it for the first time today and we LOVED it!! It all began last Tuesday night when we told her that tomorrow was Halloween and she would be going trick or treating with Jakob tomorrow night. She knew Halloween was coming but had no idea when. Today was Holly’s first day at Preschool!!! We decided to send her this year for just 2 half days a week and I already know it was a great idea. The day we signed her up, she had so much fun with the other kids, plus her friend Jakob is in her class and I think both of them are happy about that. All day yesterday I kept telling her that she was going to start school tomorrow and Allison and I were going to leave her there for a little while and she was going to have a great time, and she was very excited for it. Holly loves my Glasses and LOVES to put them on herself. Isn’t she cute?? I think she’s OH SO CUTE!!! Jodi thinks she looks just like Steve with them on and I agree. She makes my heart melt all the time.

Allison doesn’t know how to say it yet but if she could she’d probably tell me she needs a haircut. I swear this girls hair grows so fast!! But she’s still cute.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I know, I know it’s been forever since I’ve updated but, we had lots of people over during Christmas and New Years and then Allison started with a little cold (that won’t go away) and then Holly started and the poor thing is such a trooper. So needless to say, I’ve been a bit busy. The Christmas tree is still up, can you believe that! ~Christmas~ We had a great Christmas.
