One Flower…………

It’s been a bit since I posted because I’ve been in the hospital. I had my gallbladder removed. Didn’t plan on that and I would of rather not have gone through it, but it happened, it’s gone and now I just need to give it some time to heal to get back to ‘normal’..whatever that might be. For those of you that don’t know what happened…Here’s the story. It started Friday night while I was taking a scrapbook classat an LSS in CT. I thought it was gas pains and sat there and suffered for2 hours because I didn’t want to leave the class. I did ask around for some Tums or something but no one had any. Yesterday was Steve’s Birthday. Holly was all excited and told everyone she saw even the guy that came over to look at our roof! LOL. We bought him an ice cream cake, per Holly’s request and had a little party before bed. The girls enjoyed it, well mostly Holly. Tomorrow is Allison’s 1st Birthday! We had her party over the weekend, I will post pictures later. I can’t believe a year has gone by already!

So glad today is Friday. I like Fridays..especially if we go out for pizza, which we will do as long as Holly takes an afternoon snooze. I’m not sure if that will happen because she slept in a little today so we’ll have to see. Yesterday we went for our big ultrasound where they see the baby’s development and can usually tell the sex but this baby did NOT want to be seen! It stayed in the same position, head down, belly down, the entire time we were there. She couldn’t even see everything she wanted to see, let alone between it’s legs. We were both very disappointed, not just that we couldn’t find out if we were having a boy or a girl, but just that she could not confirm that everything is going well. The heartbeat was great…….love hearing the sound of it!!! It was nice and fast, just like it should be and we got to see an arm and a leg (barely) and a few other…

The Knight Family came to visit us last weekend and the kids were so excited to see each other. David went right up to baby Allison to give her a kiss…….it was so cute. They were late getting here and Holly was not happy about that. LOL The next day she told David that they were late because his Daddy drove slow……..how cute is that!! I love the mind of a three year old! It was a nice visit, quick of course but we were glad to have them. Just a few pictures of the 3 of them having Popsicle’s together.
